Start the May Day celebrations at Pavis – we’re welcoming spring with a brunch! Put on your student cap, gather your friends and family, and enjoy a delicious brunch in a lovely spring atmosphere.

Menu

The brunch buffet offers a mix of hot and cold dishes, including herring, salmon, and shrimp Skagen, along with a variety of toppings and freshly baked bread. There are also salads, fresh vegetables, fruit, and smoothies.

On the hot side, you’ll find options such as soup, bacon, sausages, meatballs, pies, and other classic brunch dishes. In celebration of Walpurgis, the buffet also features festive touches like mead and doughnuts. To finish, sweet options are available, such as panna cotta and pancakes served with jam and whipped cream.
