The Sail Pavilion Pavis has a rich history. Parties have been hosted here in every decade since the first part of the building was completed in 1901. Just a few years later, an extension was added, and in the 1940s, the pavilion grew in popularity, requiring further expansion to accommodate more guests. You are warmly welcome to book our spaces for your memorable wedding celebration between September and April. (Unfortunately, during the high season from mid-May to mid-August and in December, we are unable to accept bookings.)

 

The venue

This venue accommodates 170 guests for your wedding celebration, with the entire space at your disposal. The large dining area can host 100 guests, but the Nautor and Baltic private dining rooms together provide nearly 100 additional seats. The price for renting the entire venue is €1000.

We can tailor your wedding celebration to ensure you have the best experience on your special day. We would be happy to schedule a free meeting to discuss your preferences regarding the menu, drinks, and decorations.

In our Wedding Form at the bottom of the page, you can easily fill in your details, desired budget, the number of guests, and choose between plated service or a buffet (for over 50 guests, we recommend a buffet), so we have the necessary information ahead of our meeting.

When you book our venues, the following are included: event setup, cleaning before and after, service staff, all tableware for your menu, Pavis standard napkins, table settings as agreed, background music, microphone, whiteboard, and projector.

Props

The props available for your use include candles, various heat lamps, flower vases, and string lights. Any additional decorations for the tables and other items such as place cards, seating arrangements, photo booths, etc., are the responsibility of the customers. We can agree on who will place, hang up, and arrange these items.

The following can be arranged for an additional charge:

  • White chair covers: 2,00 €/each

  • White tablecloths: 4,00 €/each

  • Bow ribbons for chairs: 1,00 €/each

  • Photobooth: 30€

  • Napkins in a different color: Price depends on the style you prefer

  • Candles in a color other than white: Price depends on the style you prefer

  • Fabric in the ceiling (costs 30€ for installation if not already in place)

  • Live music (price depends on the performer and how long they play)


All quotes and menus are negotiable, and we are usually flexible with most things to ensure everything runs smoothly. We strive to fulfill the customer's wishes!
